We Receive

Once your goods are delivered by your supplier our inbound team will begin our vigorous check-in process.  This includes checking each product for damage, ensuring the correct quantity has been delivered and updating your personal dashboard.

We Prep

After your products have been checked-in to our warehouse they will then begin to be prepared for sale. With over 2 years Amazon experience we can ensure that your products will be prepared correctly to ensure Amazon's strict policies are met.

We Ship

Whether it be an order has came in or you are shipping in bulk to an Amazon Fulfilment centre. We will handle the logistics of getting your goods to the desired location quickly and effectively using one of our partnered couriers.

  • What is a prep centre?
    A prep centre is a business that offers a product preparation service to Amazon FBA sellers, saving them valuable time and energy so that they are able to focus on other aspects of the business. As an FBA prep centre, we receive your products, quality inspect them, create the shipping plan, prepare them as required and dispatch them to the relevant Amazon fulfilment centres.
  • Do you have a minimum units per month amount?
    No, there is no minimum requirement for the number of units you need to be selling per month. We partner with businesses of all sizes and pride ourselves in helping each one of you to your individual needs!
  • How does your pricing work?
    We offer a band service depending on the number of units shipped per month which can be found on our wholesale and arbitrage pages. We pride ourselves in offering a transparent service so what you see is what you pay!
  • How quick is your turn-around time?
    We will always aim to get your products prepped and shipped next day, however for larger deliveries this may take 48 hours but will never exceed 72 hours.
  • What happens if my products arrive damaged from a wholesaler or a retailer?
    Here at Prep365, we pride ourselves on our processes and attention to detail. Every product receives a thorough quality inspection when being checked in. If there is a discrepancy in quantity of units sent, or damage to an item, the check in staff will take photographic evidence and send this across to you, so that you are able to raise this with the retailer. With damaged stock, we provide you with the option of having the good sent back to the retailer, to your home address or destroyed.
  • What happens if you damage one of my items?
    At Prep365, being open, honest and trust worthy is one of our core values and something that we truly value. Accidents can happen and if they do, we will contact you to inform you of the damages caused. Once we receive the invoice from you showing the cost of goods, we will reimburse the cost of goods.
  • What is Prep365 VIP?
    Prep365 VIP is our complete hands off prep centre experience. It allows Amazon FBA sellers to focus entirely on the other aspects of their business. We will receive, inspect, prep and ship your products for you so that all you have to do is source the deals then sit back relax and what the profit roll in!
  • Do you need access to my Amazon account?
    Yes, we will require limited access to your Amazon seller account to allow us to create the shipments on your behalf.
  • Do you accept pallets?
    Yes, we have the capacity and resources to receive all of your pallet delivery's quickly and efficiently.
  • How do I pay for the prep service?
    You will be invoiced for each shipment before it is collected by a courier. Once payment has been received your shipments will be sent.
  • What Does Prep 365 Do?
    Prep 365 is a prep service tailored to serving the needs of Amazon FBA sellers. When you join us we receive, prep, pack and ship your products to Amazon’s fulfilment Centre’s on your behalf.
  • What is Fulfilled By Amazon (FBA)?
    Fulfilled By Amazon is a service provided by Amazon where you are able to sell your products to millions of Amazon’s customers by leveraging their Prime delivery service.
  • What is Fulfilled By Merchant (FBM)?
    Fulfilled By Merchant is when you are selling products on Amazon however, you are responsible for the delivery of your products. Having a prep service like Prep 365 to look after this for you can save you both time and money.
  • Can I Come To The Warehouse?
    Yes. If you are a partner of Prep365 and wanted to come and see us you can schedule a time with your account manager and they would be more than happy to show you around.
  • What happens after I ship my Products?
    Once you order your products with your supplier, they will be checked into our cloud-based dashboard and put into storage in your private locations. Once you have enough inventory to create a shipment, our team will pick, prepare and ship your products as required.
  • Who Creates the shipments on seller central?
    We create the shipments within your seller central as this allows for the shipment to be processed as quickly as possible.
  • What if products are damaged when they arrive?
    We pride ourselves on our communication with you. As soon as we receive your delivery it is checked by our inbound team and visually inspected to ensure there is no damage. If something is not right with the delivery we will send you images along with an explanation of what we found. It is then up to you to decide what you want to do and we can send the products back to the supplier if required.
  • Do we need access to Amazon seller central Account?
    Yes, we will need access to your Amazon Seller Central Account. This is done via sending us an invitation to your account which we will then need to be verified to accept. Once verified and accepted we will only need access to your Inventory & Shipments. No other access is needed.
  • What is FBA Wholesale selling?
    FBA Wholesale selling is when you open accounts with distributors and wholesalers and buy the products you wish to sell in bulk allowing you to get them at a cheaper price. You then can then prepare the products yourself or use a service like Prep 365 to prepare and ship them on your behalf.
  • Do you accept wholesale Pallets?
    Yes. We accept many pallet deliveries on a weekly basis. We will receive, check in and store your pallets as required.
  • Do you offer storage facilities?
    Yes, storage is available from £0.20 per cubic meter per day!
  • Do you accept bundling & multi-packs?
    Yes. We know all of the prep requirements needed to be compliant with Amazon’s policies and can do this as and when needed.
  • Is there a minimum I need to ship to be a partner?
    No. There is no minimum requirement for the number of units needed to be shipped however, the more units you send the cheaper the cost per unit will be.
  • What is your pricing structure for Wholesale FBA?
    We offer a band structure where the more units you send the cheaper the cost per unit will be. You can get your products prepped for as little as £0.30 per unit.
  • What is Arbitrage FBA Selling?
    Retail and Online arbitrage are both very good ways of getting started on your Arbitrage FBA journey. Arbitrage involves going to retail stores such as Argos, Sainsbury's and Boots either in person or online and looking for profitable products to sell on Amazon. You would then prepare pack and ship them to Amazon and watch the sales flow in!
  • Do we accept supermarket deliveries?
    Of Course! Just remember our opening times and book a slot in these times to have your retail goods delivered to us. When placing your order be sure to select the option of no substitutions.
  • Do we accept small retail arbitrage deliveries?
    Yes! No delivery is too small for us. We can either hold it until you build up enough inventory to make a shipment or send the smaller shipment in on its own. The choice is yours!
  • Can we remove price labels from arbitrage products?
    Your seller feedback is our number one priority. We will ensure all product labels are removed and that your products are carefully prepared to ensure they are in perfect condition when your customers receive them!
  • What Does an FBA Prep Centre Do?
    Prep 365 is an FBA Prep Centre tailored to Amazon FBA sellers needs. When you join us we receive, prep, pack and ship your products to Amazon’s fulfilment centres on your behalf.
  • What are the benefits of using an FBA prep centre?
    FBA Prep centres offer several benefits. They allow you to save both time and cost, as prep centres run at a large scale so they can run more efficiently and cheaper than you would be able to on your own. They also offer you storage facilities and flexibility as prep centres like ours have no minimum requirements.
  • How much does it cost to use an FBA prep centre?
    Here at Prep 365, we run a Pay As You Prep scheme meaning you only get charged for what you send. Prep for a standard item with only an FNSKU label starts for as little as £0.30 per unit!
  • How does an FBA prep centre work?
    FBA prep centres remove all the hassles of prepping and storing products in your business. They will receive, check-in, store, prepare and ship your products on your behalf keeping you in the loop the whole way through the process via your own personal dashboard.
  • How do I coordinate shipments between my supplier and the FBA prep centre?
    Most prep centres will set you up with your own personal dashboard where you can log all of your purchases so that they know what to expect. Then you will be able to communicate with them via your own personal communication channels, like WhatsApp or Slack, to discuss any issues and receive updates as your shipments are sent.
